Sower and the Seed: All provisions is in a seed of the Word of GOd
Galatians 4:23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh (Ismael) , and he of the freewoman through promise (Isaac)” 26 but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all. 27 For it is written:” Rejoice, O barren, You who do not bear! Break forth and shout, You who are not in labor! For the desolate has many more children Than she who has a husband.” 28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. 31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman (natural) but of the free (born-again are free)”
We are children of the supernatural, because we came from Sarah because God planted a ‘word’, He made a promise. Isaac came from the promise. Isaac came because a ‘word’ was given and out of the ‘word’ a supernatural pregnancy Isaac. Ismael came from the flesh.
The supernatural cannot be separated from the Word of God, the seed of the supernatural. A believer that is far away from God’s Word is far away from the supernatural. Therefore, do not expect supernatural manifestations if you are far away from the Word. The Word comes in like a seed, light comes in when the Word is shared then darkness disappears when the Word comes in then you manifest the supernatural when the Word comes in.
When you do not know what to do, someone gave you darkness that you will be sick all your life. But if the Word comes in, the Word is light, the darkness disappears, then you manifest supernatural. Healing, deliverance came through supernatural means. When you are born-again you are not limited to the natural way of doing things. In the natural there is no other way, if you have cancer, they just get ready to die. But in through the Word of God there is another supernatural avenue to access healing.
The Word is seed, the supernatural is fruit and God wants you to be fruitful. The Word is the gateway into the supernatural, no Word means no way to access the supernatural. Grace has already made everything available that you will ever need in this life, but it can only be access through the supernatural – that means the Word is the way we access it.
You do not have to sit and hope that you will be good enough to get healing. To get it … move from ‘if’ to ‘when’. Not if you are going to healing but when. A farmer does not plant seed and say ‘if’ my harvest comes but ‘when’ it comes up. No more “if” I am going to get healed but “when”. Here farming is used to illustrate:
Talking about the Word being sown in the hearts of men. The soil has as much to do with the harvest than the seed. When you take seed and plant it in the wrong kind of ground and it would not grow. You can take the Word of God (the promises of God) and sow it in the wrong kind of heart (the condition of that heart) and it would not produce nothing, not harvest. (The ground equals the hearts of men and the conditions of the heart; wrong condition will not produce a harvest vs right condition will produce a harvest)
Mark 4:14 The sower sows the Word (the Word is the seed). 15 And these are the ones by the (1st) wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts.
1.Wayside heart, the seed was sown but not deep enough to develop a root system. No root, on top of the ground, in the natural corn seed with no root (grown on the ground) will be killed by the sun or the birds. This is the person they heard the Word, but it did not get in their heart, he did not understand it, so the seed was sown in wayside ground. He heard the Word but did not get in his heart because he did not understand it, so Satan came immediately and take it away so no harvest.
Mark 4:16 These likewise are the ones sown on (2nd) stony ground who, when they hear the Word, immediately receive it with gladness; 17 and they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a time. Afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word’s sake, immediately they stumble”.
2. Stony ground. The Word got in, they heard and received but they did not spend enough time in the Word / meditating to develop a root. In life when affliction comes, it comes takes away the Word before it can develop a root. So, when you receive a Word and understand it but does not spend long enough time in the Word to develop a root system. One hour of understanding is not enough to develop a root so when trouble comes you just loose it. The devil through some trouble and take it away from you. You have to listen to messages again and again, read the Scriptures and get it in your heart. When trouble come, what is in you comes out. When the Word is rooted in you because you spent daily saying Scriptures and a root system is so strong that you cannot take it away from you, ‘I am healed by Jesus’ stripes – I am healed’ comes out, not ‘I’m going to die’!
Mark 4:18 Now these are the ones sown among (3rd) thorns; they are the ones who hear the word, 19 and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.
3. Thorn ground. They hear, got the Word in, meditated on the Word, developed a root system. But they lost focus on the Word, start focusing on all the cares of the world, everybody’s drama, lust of the flesh got your eye on pursuing things instead of pursuing God. Then the ground got so full of thorns, cares and just choked the harvest. The Devil will give you two visions, you split your attention on your husband, kids’ issues, etc. and your do not focus what is on the inside of you and choke the Word.
3 x times the condition of the ground was not good enough to produce a harvest (fruit to come).
Mark 4:20 But these are the ones sown on (4th) good ground, those who hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.”
4. Good ground. They heard and received the Word. I do not care what trouble comes I believe it, I am not moved by what I see, hear, feel – that is what it says and that is what it is, he accepts it as being true. If the Word says “I am healed” then I do not care what the doctor says, I accepts that Word and brings forth fruit/harvest.
Do not think for one minute this is not going to work, we are wasting our time to get in the Word – sowing the Word on the inside of you, you just get your ground right and keep it and your harvest will come.
Whatever you sow you are going to reap: Galatians 6: 7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked (made a fool of); for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. 9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
Mark 4:22 For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed (manifest), nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light.”
God is hiding the supernatural manifestations for us and not from us. It is hidden in the seed. The finished works of Jesus had been hidden in a seed. Every Word of God contains a portion of the finished works of Jesus. You would not plant apple seed thinking you are going to get banana seed. Likewise, when you go to the Bible and there is something you need to harvest in your life you are going to get that type of seed. Going to get healing Scriptures (seeds) if you want healing and plant healing Scriptures in your heart. Not going to plant prosperity seeds in your heart if you want healing. If you are broke – get prosperity seeds.
Do not just go around and get anything in the Bible – intelligently live a life in the blessing. And this life is just like a farmer putting a seed in the soil, giving it time, keeping the ground in the right condition and it grows up – we do not know how – we are just check on it and it grows. So likewise, you take the Word, put it in your heart through your ears and eyes and your mouth (that is the pathway to your heart) – protect (guard) your heart and your mind and it will show up in your life:
Proverbs 4:20 My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
21 Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart;
22 For they are life to those who find them,
And health to all their flesh.
23 Keep your heart with all diligence,
For out of it spring the issues of life.
24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth,
And put perverse lips far from you.
25 Let your eyes look straight ahead,
And your eyelids look right before you.
26 Ponder the path of your feet,
And let all your ways be established.
27 Do not turn to the right or the left;
Remove your foot from evil.
Mark 4:22 For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed (manifest), nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light.”
All the stuff that we eat was in a seed, this whole world, also we as humans, food, etc. Food was hidden in a seed for whoever would come and plant it right. If you can plant in the natural a seed and get the harvest, then you can plant the Word in your heart and get a harvest.
Make yourself some harvest cards, for healing, prosperity, and plant them in your heart everyday – put the date down. The farmer plants the seed, every day takes care of it, water, sunlight and make sure that nothing is choking it. Likewise, when you plant a seed in your heart make sure that you drink the water of God’s Word daily, expose to the Son (sun), put a fence to guard your heart and mind. It is the same way – compare it to farming – hoping, begging God is not how it works. But no Word means no supernatural. Yes, but what about Grace? Grace has already made everything available, not talking about you making something, but talking about you are learning how to receive into manifestation what Grace has already made available. It is done, it is finished – it is how you take it and not how you make it.
Mark 4:22 For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light. 23 If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.”24 Then He said to them you who hear, more will be given.
So, the way we respond to what God speaks to us will determine how much more we will get.
Mark 4:25 For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him”.
So, people will lose their revelation form God if they do not use it.
Mark 4:26 And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed (the Word) on the ground, 27 and should sleep by night and rise by day (it takes time – keep the seed in the ground), and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.
Harvest Cards: List the Scriptures that you want to sow in your heart every day, take through your eye, ear and mouth gate, hear yourself saying it, water it every day and just keep going, it takes time and you do not dig it up after a week to see it. You cannot get a harvest of part-time seed – it has to stay in the ground. So, when you put it in your heart, keep it in your heart even if the contradiction that you believe for shows up, keep the Word in your heart.
Mark 4:28 For the earth yields crops (fruit) by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head” (There is a process, it takes time. Your heart (ground) will release the power of the any Word seed (the Word seed carries everything that Grace has made available). You have not time to get your heart flooded with drama, chaos, strive. Your attitude towards people need to be, I love you, I thank God for you but I am not going with you I am working on something, you cannot allow weeds to show up – you have to guard your heart.
It is time now for you to come up to the supernatural level where God is calling you, you have been where you have been long enough. Whatever the issue, go and get the Scripture and put that Word on the inside of you until you know it is possible. You as a spiritual farmer have 66 x bags of seed. Plant and harvest it. Sometimes planted seed takes a while to harvest.
Mark 4:29 But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come”. 30 Then He said, “To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we picture it? 31 It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; 32 but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade.”
The Kingdom of God is just Words that came out of a Book, that is going to grow into the physical manifestation of what those Words says.
Mark 4:35 On the same day, when evening had come, He said to them, “Let us cross over to the other side.” 37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. 38 But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”
39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. 40 But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” 41 And they feared exceedingly, and said to one another, “Who can this be, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!”
Jesus gave them the word, ‘let us cross over to the other side’- not let us die. They heard what He has said but it had no root system. Then the storm (persecution and affliction) came and stole it out of their hearts and they were afraid to die. He spoke peace in the storm, and it stops. That is why you should maintain peace in your heart just incase you need to speak peace into something. But you cannot release what you do not have.
We have to bear witness - tell people about it.
Psalm 91: He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
8 Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the Lord
(with my Words I have made You my refuge and all is well with me) , who is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10 No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;”
Those Words in me produced a harvest of healing, protection.
If you are broke get hold of
Psalm 35:27 Let them shout for joy and be glad,
Who favor my righteous cause;
And let them say continually,
“Let the Lord be magnified,
Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”
… and say to the Lord ‘I declare that I am prosperous and walking in the blessings of the Lord and the blessings of the Lord makes rich and add not sorrow to it and Father I thank You that I have insight and ideas, I am like a magnet and people want to bless me Lord. I thank You Lord in Jesus’ Name that I do not have any problems with poverty because I am separating myself from poverty. I know the supernatural is available to put me at a place that I cannot get there by myself BUT I call those things that be not as though they were.
Romans 4:17 (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did”.
I am wealthy, I am rich, I am prosperous, out of debt, all my needs are met. I have plenty more to put in storage!
Your emotional state, depression, etc. is messing with your ground.
Get ready to do some spiritual farming:
1 Peter 1:23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible (the Word of God is seed that will never fail), through the word of God which lives and abides forever,
The Word of God is seed that will never fail. So, if you planted the Seed and got no harvest, it is never the Seed’s fault, it is always the soil/ground. The Word, the Seed, is always going to be good. The reason why your healing was not manifested, is never going to be because something was wrong with the Words you got out of the Bible. It is always going to be something happened to the condition of your heart. The Seed is always going to be good – can never be corrupted.

So, the Bible says we were saved by Grace – but we got it through faith - and He hid it in a seed. Grace has made Salvation available – God hid it in His Word for us in a seed and we received that Word by Faith and we got something that is supernatural = we got born-again. And this is the same with everything else = Grace has made healing available; God hid it in His Word in healing seed – you take the seed by Faith and harvest the manifestation of healing. Provision and prosperity work the same way.
I know how to change your life, I have some Seed for you – if you can just plant it and take care of the soil, your heart, your life will change. Addictions – when the Word come in like a light it will drive away the darkness. The Word is the answer to everything – get some help to plant some Seed. You can read the Bible yourself but you might not understand what you read so get some help go to church to get some understanding so the Seed can get in the ground and it will change your whole life. Something good is going to happen to you. I dare you to try this. You would not panic over cancer because you have got the Seed – make a Harvest Card for Healing from Cancer, Seeds that you will plant on the inside of you. The abundance of Grace comes through Thanksgiving then you move from sowing to thanking. Then take Communion – taking care of the Seed while it was developing. That is God’s will to be healed. God does not have sickness, poverty – so how is He going to give you something He does not have. Poverty and sickness is a part of the curse. There is not poverty in Heaven and Jesus was not poor.
2 Peter 1:3 ”as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him (Him is the Word – John 1:1) who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” (The Word is full of Grace and Truth. And the glory of that Word was the manifestation of Jesus – always something locked up in a seed.)
Acts 20:32 “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace (The Word that is full of the finished works – the seed), which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance (all the promises that pertain to life, everything, is in this Word). He has made among all those who are sanctified.”
Colossians 3:16 Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. (Sing and talk the Word.) 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
A Christian that is void of God’s Word is a Christian that is void of supernatural harvest. People want what you got but they do not want to do what you do. You access Grace by Faith.

Hebrews 4:2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, (The Word will not profit everybody – some heard but did not accept it. What will happen if a farmer does not believe?) not being mixed with faith in those who heard it.
You will sow what you reap. What you say, you are a product of the words that you use – the seeds you sow. Take a harvest card: name your harvest and get all the Word that covers that situation and meditate, say it out loud daily, thanking God for the harvest of it – stay with it.
Make a Harvest Card list of all your unsaved family and friends and name it Salvation Harvest List with the date. Pray, quote Scriptures, and send labors towards them to be saved – you have to stick with it and steward your ground.
We have a supernatural God who can turn our lives around. Give God the glory! You have abundance of Grace through thanksgiving - thank Him for everything that Grace has made available to you, thank Him for the harvest that is coming. Praise and worship is watering your seed!
This is the most important teaching ever!

Mark 4:1-14 Sower sowing the seed. Jesus said if you don't understand this parabel you can't understand any of the parabels. This parabel is key and foundational truth that you will use for the rest of your Christian life.
The Kingdom of God is like that the Word of God is the seed that has to be planted in our hearts and the Word of God is what brings change and fruit in our life. The Word of God has the same potential in every person's life. The type of ground/soil is the 4 different kinds of hearts.
All change begins with what's on the inside of you.
Open your heart and let the Holy Spirit start to speak to you. Jesus taught in one day ten parabels on how the Kingdom works in Matthew, Mark and Luke.
Sowed seed and some fell by the wayside, some between stones, thorns and some of good ground, (30/60/100 x), four different kinds of ground. Matt 13:11-17- people's thinking can't understand spiritual truths, so dominated with the carnal things of this world and spend no time in the Word of God. They see it as foolishness. The Holy Spirt teach us and explain to us things that we can't know with our natural mind, we don't have the ability to undertand the spiritual things. You can't read the Bible with just your mind, you have to read it with your heart, the Word of God was written to your heart, meditate on the Word and it will start to speak to you and comes alive. This parabel is critical and if you don't understand this, you won't understand the others.
Before the Cross = if you don't forgive you can't be forgiven but after the Cross - we are to forgive as Christ has forgiven us. When you take God's Word to the Cross it changes things. Mark 4, gives you a good look at this process of the miraculous flow of God in our lifes. As we learn this process to harvest the promises, it will remove a lot of religious things like it's not God's time to heal/prosper/fix my marriage, it's just not in His timing and it's ridiculous but it's one of the most taught religious lines. It leaves people who needs God to touch them in this limbo wondering when it's God's time to happen.
The sower sowing the seed, Jesus is saying this is the way the Kingdom of God works
"Mark 4 :3-20
3 “Listen! Behold, a sower went out to sow. 4 And it happened, as he sowed, that some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds of the air came and devoured it. 5 Some fell on stony ground, where it did not have much earth; and immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of earth. 6 But when the sun was up it was scorched, and because it had no root it withered away. 7 And some seed fell among thorns; and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no crop. 8 But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.” 9 And He said to them, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”
The Purpose of Parables
10 But when He was alone, those around Him with the twelve asked Him about the parable. 11 And He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables, 12 so that
‘Seeing they may see and not perceive,
And hearing they may hear and not understand;
Lest they should turn,
And their sins be forgiven them.’ ”
The Parable of the Sower Explained
13 And He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables? 14 The sower sows the word. 15 And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. People think they can just live their lives, say and do what they want, believe what they want, planting in our hearts anything you're listening to. Then we wonder why it so hard for God's help to get involved in our lives. Because it's not up to God, God's not deciding the miracles in your life - Peter teaches in "2 Peter 1:3 - you've alreade been given everything pertaining life and Godliness - food/clothes/happiness/health/etc. God is not pulling strings to decided who needs a miracle.
2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, 3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the orruption that is in the world through lust."
Jesus teaches the 12 disciples the process Mark 4:10-12
10 But when He was alone, those around Him with the twelve asked Him about the parable. 11 And He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables, 12 so that
‘Seeing they may see and not perceive,
And hearing they may hear and not understand;
Lest they should turn,
And their sins be forgiven them.’ ”
2 Cor 4:4
Satan is the god of this world and we live in the kingdoms of this world but we are in the Kingdom of God walking in this world. If you want to get the Kingdom of God working while you live in the kingdoms of this world then you want to be influenced and the resouces joy, peace, righteousness of God's Kingdom. Although you spirit and soul is eternal, your body is not it is mortal and death doomed. God has created this beautiful easy way for us to walk with His supernatural power in every case. The soil is your heart, the seed is God's promises and the seed is unkillable so the seed is not the issue. 1 Peter 2:24. God's Word is not the issue that it would fail and God is not the issue as He would fail. God is not the issue that He be sovereign and might change His mind. Religious talking and believes that God is sovereign, God is playing with men and accidents and deaths happens because of God and you cannot depend on His promises and that's not true and ridiculous because that's saying His is not a God of His Word - He said it and promised it but He might just change His mind.
God is not in control of the timing of your miracle, you actually are. You got to plant the seed, then you got to protect/guard your heart and not let it get bitter/hard. But God is not in control of your soil, not in control of your heart - only you are. We are finding promises of joy, health , blessing in business, and as you began to plant these promises in the soil of your heart, it comes up. If it dies anywhere it doesn't come to fruition, the heart is paramount.
Jesus says Mark 4:15 if the soil is on the hard path , satan comes and steal the Word. He compares satan to birds. Notice that if you hear a teaching that you have to focus on that the enemy doesn't want you to focus on the Word to let it go deep in your heart, he does not want your mind to grab it because if the roots go down deep you are unstopable in that area of blessing. The only way to stop that miracle is that the heart would fail in some way. Mark 4:17 people will try to get you away from what you heard and believe - persecution will begin to come for the Word's sake, the heart doesn't have the depth to keep feeding the Word and it dies. Then the thorns and thistles, your being focussed primarily on other things first - prosperity, cares of this world takes the first focus. And because of that, that's what outgrows the Word.
Jesus is teaching that miracles is not up to Him. The entire miracle process has been handed to the human race. Jesus teaches in Matthew 16 and 18:18, "whatever you bind (declared illegal) on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." He is saying clearly to declare is to speak, the Word must be planted in your heart. Mark 4:21 teaches us don't put up a light under a basket, put it up where it could be seen - He is talking about revelation as you plant the Word it begins to reveal to you the plan of God, of the Cross Jesus died on, that Grace & Righteousness is a gift. All these beautiful truths begin to be revealed. Then Mark 4:24 - the amount of attention you give to the truth your hear depends on how much knowledge comes back at you. We've got the Word being planted, the revelations what it means is taking place then as you keep going keep your attention and focus on this. And here is where a lot of Christians struggles, they are looking for an easy way not to do any work, study - they say it's not about works. The bema seat judgement is all about rewarding Christians for their works. It just says this one truth - your works can't qualify you for miracles of earn you for miracles because Jesus did that 2 Timothy 2:15 and work out your salvation with fear and trembling Pilippians 2:12 - it's not saying earn it, it's saying you've been given this beautiful believing heart and this 3 part body and made in the likeness of God so walk in the miraculous. The way to walking in the miraculous is to plant God's Word in your heart, it begins to come up. It's not complicated or hard, just start on it and make a decision to begin to know what God's Word says - just find promises and declare/speak them and to never stop.
