Broken Hearted When death happens, look at Jesus and appropriate His promises. You are crushed by the passing of your loved one, but be treasure all the wonderful moments, great memories, his touch, and smell. And be thankful that you were blessed with the love you had, there are people that will never experience this. When your loved one died, it is not about you, but it is between God and your loved one, it is not our business. Never ask God ‘why?’ Even in this tragic thing that is so painful, just trust God! God is our Comforter and He will help us through the pain. You are not alone, Jesus promised in Hebrews 13:5 … He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”In the presence of the Lord is fullness of joy, Psalm 16:11 …In Your presence is fullness of joy”Isaiah 40: 31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles,They shall run and not be weary,They shall walk and not faint.Psalm 27: 14 Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart;Wait, I say, on the Lord!Psalm 147: 3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their woundsPsalm 42: 3 My tears have been my food day and night…”Psalm 21: 1 For they intended evil against You; they devised a plot which they are not able to perform.1 Thessalonians 5: 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.Step up, do not fall apart, run to Strength. John 11: 25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life (the Life that satisfy). He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live”. If you feel you cannot get up, remember He is in you, He will pull you up with Him. Imagine Jesus is with you, see Him helping you up.Your loved one left you, but Jesus did not leave you. You cannot say you cannot life without your loved one, because your loved one did not give your life – put the burden on Him. Jesus is the life that satisfy. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.Paul never asked in 2 Corinthians 11 “why me?” Do not be bitter, chemotherapy did not happen to you but to your loved one and he is happier than us down here – keep the right attitude.Never allow the loneliness that comes when someone dies, to come in you because the Holy Spirit will be your constant companion. Jesus in me, a close relationship, He loves me.God heals sadness and wounds.Isaiah 53: 4 Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.”Grief and death go together and are trying to get a place in your heart. Grief is an enemy, it steals, kills, and destroys your life. Grief is a deadly emotion and will make you depressed, sick and you will die. Grief is an enemy and a spirit. You will be sad about the loss of your husband but get to the glory side of it. There is nothing you can do for your loved one anymore, and there nothing like to be in heaven. It would be a grief to him if he knows the Devil is lying to you to keep you in grief so that you cannot fulfill the number of your years in health and blessing. Refuse grief to come upon you. It is difficult but just say ‘I am not having grief; my husband is in Heaven’. Do not let the grief devil comes to live in your house. Grief and death travels together – resist it in the Name of Jesus.Jesus borne our griefs – believe it and receive it!We are not to carry our griefs and sorrows. Just trust God that your loved one is in Heaven, do not dream up your own thing. You do not have to bear your sorrows, Jesus bore it for us, that also includes sickness, depression, sorrow. Go free and be healed in the Name of Jesus, Jesus loves you!The moment you pray – believe it and take it!‘Grief and sorrow, I resist you in the Name of Jesus, I enforce the Word of God upon you. I will not tolerate you in my life anymore. Leave my presence and I will never allow you back. My days of grief and sorrow, sadness and depression are over – I am healed. The power of sickness has been broken in my life. Jesus Himself borne my sickness, weakness, sorrow and grief - I am free!Galations 3: 13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”).I receive my inner healing and deliverance and proclaim my freedom.Today the Gospel is the Power of God onto me – I am made free in the Name of Jesus.’*** People struggle to move on and to get over a divorce – we are not grieving over the person but over what we had in mind in the beginning of the marriage. How quickly we can let it go and move on is measured by what we had in mind from the beginning. Let go of what you had in mind so you can discover what God had in mind for you. The number 1 cause of divorce is unmet expectations. We expect of people what they never agreed to, we do not mean the same thing when we say “I love you”… ***You cannot pick what is coming your way. If something bad happens and struggle to control - just dwell on God’s love for you. Trust God, He is for you. In the ‘breakings’ of life you will get a revelation of God, He is with you just trust Him. He knows your pain, He talks to you in your most private moments of suffering, just praise Him and dwell on His love for you. No one knows how much ‘blood’ it cost to become the person you are today. Only God knows what you have been through, the painful decisions you had to made during an illness of a loved one.Your scars become your stars and your wounds becomes your wisdom.Like Paul, everybody will go through a shipwreck, pain and suffering but hold on to the planks and get to Malta! Storms do not define you, but storms reveal who you really are, what are you made of, what is your content? Later you will be thankful for the storms. It is not about your ability but about His Power. Get over yourself, it is not about your gift, but it is about His Grace. God is right there wherever you are. Choose to refuse to give up. Paul says, we glory in the tribulation, not for the tribulation. Tribulation produces PerseverancePerseverance produces CharacterCharacter produces Hope.No matter how dark and deep the valley, the God of Hope is with you, the love of God is in your heart. Your storm does not mean your Savior is absent, He is with you and all is going to be well. God does not do things to you but for you. Not all things are good, but all things work together for good,Romans 8: 28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”There is a plan and a purpose for your life, you will get through this pain and be better on the other side. The best part of you is on the inside of you and only pressure will get it out of you, hidden treasures. God’s promise, when you go through the waters, I will be with you. What is on the other side is greater than anything that was before it. We as Christians are the only Bible that some people will see, people watch you how you survive and recover.Psalm 147: 3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their woundsPsalm 42: 3 My tears have been my food day and night…”Psalm 21: 1 For they intended evil against You; they devised a plot which they are not able to perform.1 Thessalonians 5: 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
